On this page
A number of tools are available to help with day-to-day organisation and to keep track of ongoing activities.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a summary view of the state of the system, organised by area: Control activities, Issues and Actions. For each area you will find both the activities you are responsible for and the organisation's totals. Every panel is clickable: it opens the corresponding list, already filtered on what the panel represents.
In the Control activities and Issues areas the (
) button opens a new activity or issue without going through the corresponding page.
Profile and preferences
The Profile page opens by clicking the user icon with the gear (
) in the top right-hand corner of the page. From here you can choose:
- the language (Italian or English)
- the theme (Light, Dark or Follow the system, which adopts the theme set on the device)
- how you want to receive notifications (see Notifications)
The page also shows your account details. Name, surname and password are changed by clicking the pencil icon (
) next to the title, which opens account management.
The email address cannot be changed
It identifies the user in the system and is used as the login. Any change has to be requested from support.
Assigned to me
The Assigned to me page brings together in one place everything that has been assigned to you, to do or to complete:
- Non-conformance assessments
- Actions and tasks
- Reviews
- Other assigned activities (checklists you are responsible for)
Each entry opens directly the issue, action or activity it refers to.
Schedule
The Schedule shows upcoming checklist deadlines in chronological order. Useful for planning the week's work and identifying at-risk deadlines in advance. Activities whose completion date has already passed are highlighted.
Can I import the deadlines into my calendar?
The download button (
) generates an ICS file, the format accepted by the main calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar and others).
Help page
The help page contains the links to the manuals.
It also lists the people in your organisation who look after the application. They are the ones to contact for any specific request: every organisation configures ComQual in its own way, and only they know how it has been set up for yours and how it should be used.
