If You're New to ComQual
(But Your Organization Already Uses It)
If you're a new user joining an organization that already uses ComQual, follow these steps:
Get Your Account
Contact your organization's ComQual Administrator or quality manager to request a user account. They will create your account and assign the appropriate role based on your responsibilities.
Access the System
Once your account is created, you'll receive login credentials. Access ComQual through your web browser at your organization's ComQual URL, or download the mobile app (iOS or Android) and sign in with your credentials. Single sign-on provides unified access across all devices.
Understand Your Role
Check with your manager or Administrator to understand:
- Your application-level role (Administrator, Manager, or User)
- What activities you're expected to perform
- Which modules you'll work with most frequently
- Who to contact for support or questions
Start with Your Dashboard and Task List
When you log in:
- Dashboard shows key metrics and items requiring attention
- My to dos displays everything assigned to you
- Schedule shows upcoming deadlines
These three areas help you understand what needs your attention.
Familiarize Yourself with Key Areas
Explore the modules relevant to your role:
